We interrupt your regularly scheduled Schnauzer-tude blog to bring you this important message.

There is a Scarlet Puppynickle on the loose... He has hit the UK, Australia, Singapore and now he is in the USofA... Astoria, NY to be exact.

Here is his most recent victim....

Calvert: The puppynickle took mommies flip flop and had its way with it! It was horrible! I could not believe my little puppy eyes.... no puppy should be subjected to this....

I might need years of therapy to get the image out of my mind!

To all those puppy parents; your kids are innocent of any damage to your clothing, home, back yard, just about nothing is safe... it is not them but the merciless puppynickle. Do not, I repeat DO NOT blame your kids... thank you!

We now return you to your regularly scheduled blog....

Hi Nellie and Calvert, thanks for having the courage to post this newsflash, it must be vey traumatic for Calvert! We hope he recovers, but we feel this experience might mean that he always need to chew on shoes just to feel safe, it's really quite a tragedy.....(he he he!) We have added you to our blog roll and have posted an update on the bottom of our last post to direct folks to this important interview. Tail wags - JD and Ma.
